Good price, great location and check in staff were helpful. Couldn't sleep as even though no windows, there was some horrid loud noise that was either the AC or a washing machine near by, but really affected my sleep. Despite the fact the room was quite nice. Bedding was never changed in 3 days, nor was my room clean and I had to hunt down and beg cleaning staff for new loo roll and water, that they should really give daily.

We arrived here my partner was poorly I asked the man on reception could we check in a little early as my partner was not well, he said no 2pm checkin. My partner fell asleep while waiting, at 13.55 he said the room was ready no one had rung, come downstairs, or radio him to inform. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs there is no elevator, not a problem usually however my partner was not well. We got to the room. Aircon worked fine bathroom good with hot shower, not much light in the room, a sign that said don't leave valuables in the room, this was a private room why not? The room just felt like a prison cell, it had a metal like scaffolding bar as a head board with one flat pillow and when you laid back you would crack your head. This place was drab had no vibe. Bonus was near the bus station, and a cracking barbers down the street on the left after the seven eleven, really good burger place opposite the barbers also.

Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! Two friends and I rented a private room which had wifi and air conditioning as well as daily room service. It is very affordable and although it is quite far from the beach it’s definitely worth the travels !

We had a private triple room for 3 girls (it’s cheaper if you book on bookings.com) and it was wonderful! The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They clean your room everyday and provide each guest with a bottle of water. We also had our own private bathroom. There is a fridge and microwave and kitchen utensils available for use. Would highly recommend coming to stay! There is also a bus stop right outside the front door for if you come from the airport and another one to go to the beaches about a 10 min walk from the hostel.

I'm not sure I should even publicize this, but we didn't stay overnight at Bloo Hostel; instead, it was the closest hostel to the bus station to the airport, and we were in between places so just needed a safe place we can freshen up and wait a few hours. That's where the staff at bloo Hostel totally won us over. They were so understanding and helpful, let us use their facilities and hang out in the lounge, and even gave us plenty of info about the neighbourhood and restaurant suggestions. From what we saw of the hostel, it was clean and well-kept, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there based on the amazing service and hospitality we felt.
